We took our brand new 2013 Mustang GT in Gotta Have It Green and 2013 Mustang V6 Convertible to the track at Cecil County Dragway in Maryland to see what each could do! We knew the GT was going to have the obvious advantage, but we thought it would still be cool to line em’ up! In stock form, our 2013 Mustang GT 5.0L with MT82 manual transmission went 12.74 with 87 octane in the tank! So, this is what I sold my ’95 Mitsubishi Eclipse for. A faster-than-hell (especially for a 15 year old) Z/28 with only a few problems, even then it’s minor. Windows are slower, the power lock on the passenger side doesn’t work, (lock it manually) there is no bolt holding the alternator up, but really, that’s it. The guy who had it before me said that it’s been sitting for four months straight, so under it there isn’t that much rust. The only “mods” on the car is a cold air intake and Flowmaster…
